Holiday Hours
December 19, 2025 – Lab closes at 12 PM for Holiday Party
December 24, 2025 – Lab closes at 12 PM
December 25 & 26, 2025 – Lab Closed
January 1, 2026 – Lab Closed (Lab will re-open on Friday 1/2/26)
Sample acceptance for December 19, 2025:
Friday, 12/19/25: All samples must be received by 11 AM. Microbiology samples or samples with short holding times must be received before 10:30 AM and be pre-scheduled.
Microbiology acceptance for the Christmas Holiday:
Monday, 12/22/25: Last day to receive Multiple Tube Fermentation Methods (MTF) (Total Coliform, E. Coli, Fecal, Enterococcus) and TPC.
Tuesday, 12/23/25: Only receiving PA (18 & 24 Colilert), Enterococcus (Enterolert), and Quanti-tray.
Wednesday, 12/24/25: No Microbiology samples will be accepted.
Samples must be received by 12 PM. Samples with short holding times must be received before 10:30 AM on Wednesday, 12/24/25 and be pre-scheduled: BOD, color, odor, turbidity, pH, UV 254, Nitrate, Nitrite, MBAS, NID, residual chlorine, orthophosphate, EPA 8315 (hydrazine or formaldehyde), and sample filtration for metals.
Microbiology acceptance for New Years Holiday week:
Tuesday, 12/30/25. Only receiving PA (18 & 24 Colilert), Enterococcus (Enterolert), and Quanti-tray.
Wednesday, 12/31/25: Only receiving Multiple Tube Fermentation Methods (MTF) (Total Coliform, E. Coli, Fecal, Enterococcus) and TPC.
