Contaminants

Weck Laboratories routinely performs analyses for environmental compliance, however, some emerging contaminants may not be regulated yet or may not have a published method. In these situations, Weck is able to develop and validate methods in-house. We employ the best state-of-the-art instrumentation which includes three GC/MS/MS and four LC/MS/MS instruments to achieve the lowest detection limits possible. A few examples of recent emerging contaminant methods are:

Emerging Contaminants
Nitrosamines (NDMA, NDEA, NDPA, etc.)
Polyfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS)
Microcystins, anatoxin-a, cylidrospermopsin and domoic acid (algal toxins)
Hormones & Pharmaceuticals (PPCP)
Ultra-trace pesticides and metabolites (139 targets)
Glyphosate, AMPA & Glufosinate
Neonicotinoids
Aquatic herbicides
Pyrethroids
Alkylphenols
Poly Brominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
Para-Chlorobenzenesulfonic Acid (pCBSA)
Geosmin & 2-Methyl Isoborneol (MIB)
