Weck Laboratories is able to provide laboratory results in a variety of hardcopy and electronic formats.  The following report levels are available in hardcopy format.

Data may be transferred automatically from the LIMS into virtually any electronic format including but not limited to SDWARS/CDX, DHS EDT Write-On, ASCII, Access, EDF, FoxPro, Paradox, Geotracker (CA SWRCB format), Excel, Lotus, and Comma Delimited.  In addition to the standard formats, custom EDD formats can be developed to specifically meet the client’s needs. Level II. Standard QC Data Package

• Analytical report
• Chain of Custody (COC) form
• Method blank
• Matrix Spike/Spike Duplicate summary (MS/MSD)
• Laboratory Control Samples (LCS)
• Reporting limits listed on all reports
• Surrogate recoveries for GC and GC/MS analyses
• Case Narrative upon request or if applicable
• Corrective action reports if applicable 

Level III. Data Package

• All QC data included in level II plus:
• MS/MSD analysis performed on specific sample upon request
• Initial and continuing calibration summary information
• Analysis logs
• Extraction logs

Level IV. Data Package (CLP-like)

• All QC data Included In Levels II & III plus:
• Multiple sample dilutions reported
• Initial and continuing calibration chromatograms & quantitation reports
• Chromatograms, including QC and samples
• Quantitation reports
• Standard preparation log
