Employment Opportunities may develop in the following areas:

  • Lab technicians:

    Job Description: Assisting sample receiving, cleaning of glassware, disposal, field work (drivers) and other lab related tasks.

    Requirements: Some college units in a science related field with laboratory training or with entry level experience in a laboratory setting.

  • Analytical Chemists:

    Job Description: Responsible for sample preparation, analysis, reporting, quality control, instrument maintenance and laboratory safety.

    Requirements: Requires a BS or BA degree in Chemistry or related science discipline. Entry level positions are available as well as positions for those with experience in environmental laboratory techniques such as GC, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS, and ICPAES. Experience with EPA and or Standard Methods procedures is desired.

  • Project Managers:

    Job Description: As the liaison between the client and laboratory technical personnel, the Project Manager is responsible for understanding the client's project requirements, setting up project documentation in the laboratory's computer system, coordinating sampling events with clients, review and approval of laboratory reports and invoices.

    Requirements: Requires a BS or BA degree in Chemistry or related science major. Must be familiar with environmental analytical methods (EPA & Standard Methods) and regulations. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, in addition to a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
